Trip Overview

For pilgrims seeking a complete Jammu spiritual circuit, this 5-day package combines three of the region's most powerful shrines in one divinely curated itinerary. The journey begins at Mata Vaishno Devi, the holiest shakti shrine in North India, where the three Pindis of Maha Kali, Maha Lakshmi and Maha Saraswati bless millions of devotees each year from their ancient Trikuta cave. The second sacred stop is Shiv Khori — a spectacular naturally-formed cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva in the Reasi district of Jammu. Unlike man-made temples, Shiv Khori is an organic cave with a natural Shiva Lingam that measures 4 feet in height, formed over thousands of years by dripping calcium-rich water. The cave extends for over 200 metres inside the mountain, its walls covered with natural rock formations that devotees interpret as representations of Ganesha, Parvati, Brahma, Vishnu and Saraswati. The cave temple has no artificial lighting — oil lamps and diyas light the passage, creating an atmosphere of profound mysticism. The trek to the cave entrance is 3 km from the base of Ransoo village. The journey then ascends to Patnitop hill station for a day of scenic relaxation — Skyview Ropeway, pine forest walks and the ancient Nag Mandir. This 5-day package delivers both deep spiritual merit and the natural beauty of the Trikuta and Chenab ranges, making it one of the most complete Jammu pilgrimage circuits available.
