Excellent and truly memorable service by Driver Ashwani.We were very fortunate to have Driver Ashwani with us for our entire 8-day journey covering Jammu to Srinagar, Srinagar to Sonmarg, Gulmarg, and Pahalgam, including all sightseeing. We had a wonderful darshan of Vaishnao Devi mataji and Bhairon Babaji -thanks to NORTHYATRA -Mr Raja is a great person-who looks after his guests as his own family member, Mr Virender is another asset for Vaishnaodevi Darshan -he accompanied us and made every possible efforts to make us comfortable! This was our first visit to Vaishnao Devi but looking at the expertise of NORTHYATRA - we will be using their services for many more tours! I just completed my recent Maa Vaishno Devi Yatra for 8 persons, which I purchased from North Yatra ( May 19- May 21, 2023). I purchased the complete package including to and fro helicopter booking and stay in Katra. Mr. Raja, owner of North Yatra, arranged a newly constructed very good hotel for us with all modern amenities in main market in Katra- Hotel Tulip Tree. He arranged very good and on time conveyance for us to drop helipad and Jammu airport. Several times he co-ordinated with us and never flinched for money throughout the tour. We planned this tour in 2020. But, due to lockdown, tour was cancelled. Still, he adjusted the money in my recent tour. So, I strongly recommend North Yatra for tour planning and booking. North Yatra is no doubt highly reliable.

Raja .. You proven to be outstanding in all your commitments. I never had such a great experience even booking with leading travel corporates in my past. Raja was very active in-fact proactive, responsive and confident in his words and commitment. I had booked for Vaishnodevi package which he helped arranging every single requirement on time and the great part was , his transportation which allowed us to board the flight which got changed at the last minute from airlines. Even he has engaged his team updated on our travel incase his number was not reachable. It was very delightful to have such a good experience. With 2 infants we never faced any issues on anything during entire journey.
