Trip Overview

The Char Dham Yatra is considered the most sacred pilgrimage in Hinduism — a journey believed to wash away all sins and grant moksha (liberation from the cycle of birth and death). This comprehensive 9-day package from Haridwar takes you through all four holy abodes: Yamunotri (source of River Yamuna, dedicated to Goddess Yamuna), Gangotri (source of River Ganga, dedicated to Goddess Ganga), Kedarnath (Lord Shiva's sacred Jyotirlinga), and Badrinath (Lord Vishnu's divine abode). The trek to Yamunotri through rhododendron forests and Himalayan shrubs is a spiritual and scenic delight. Gangotri, perched at 3,400 metres, is the mythological spot where Goddess Ganga descended to earth. The helicopter journey from Phata to Kedarnath eliminates the arduous 16 km trek, while the drive to Badrinath via Joshimath is one of India's most breathtaking road journeys. The package also covers en-route cultural gems like Uttarkashi's Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Harsil's apple orchards, Mana Village, and the sacred Prayag confluences. This is more than a tour — it is a transformation.
