Maa Vaishno Devi is one of the most important Goddesses of Hindu mythology and pilgrimage to this holy shrine is considered to be one of the holiest pilgrimages of our times. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji resides in a Holy Cave located in the folds of the three peaked mountain named Trikuta (pronounced as Trikoot).The famous Cave Temple at Vaishno Devi Shrine enshrines three pindis which symbolizes three forms of Goddess Shakti-Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Lakshmi and Goddess Kali. The holy Cave attracts millions of devotees every year. In fact, the number of Yatris visiting the Holy Shrine annually now exceeds one crore. This is due to the resolute faith of the devotees who throng the Shrine from all parts of India and abroad.
Day 1 – Jammu
Pickup from Jammu Airport / Railway Station, get transferred to the hotel with special assistance from our representative. You may explore the local market and nearby places. Return back to the hotel for a sumptuous dinner. Overnight stay in Jammu
Day 2 – Jammu – Vaishno Devi – Jammu
After early breakfast, drive to Jammu airport, board a chopper to reach sanjichatt helipad followed by a short journey to Bhawan (The Main Temple) through palanquin (paalki) / pony. After darshan, return back to Sanjichatt to board a chopper to jammu airport.

• Mentioned flight shall depend upon weather/wind/fog/visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change/divert due to weather conditions, flight safety and operational restrictions. Confirmation of the flight is subject to availability of machines and government permissions, and booking can be confirmed only after the receipt of 100% advance payment.
• All the required landing and other necessary permissions from local administration is the responsibility of North Yatra.
• 100 % of the total charter cost will be levied if the flight is cancelled within 24 hrs of the scheduled departure.
• Cancellations due to bad weather/technical/force majeure reasons get a refund for the equivalent amount of the cancelled travel sector(s). A full refund will be done in the case of both way flights being cancelled.
• No show passengers get no refund. In case of cancellation of one way sector due to bad weather/technical/force majeure reasons, Shrine board royalty shall remain applicable as applicable on the full charter cost.
• In case the flight is cancelled by the Charterer due to delay in departure due to “Force Majeure” reasons like weather/visibility, 100% of the Charter cost will be levied if updated in advance to the charterer about chances of such delay.
• In case the flight being operated has Foreign national(s) on board, minimum 07 working days prior notice is mandatory in order to obtain the AOR clearance. No such flight can be operated if notice is given less than the mentioned period. Wherefore Majeure reasons which are beyond HHSPL’s control has resulted in your flight being delayed or cancelled, HHSPL will not be liable in any way for the delayed or cancelled flight. However, 100% refund shall be given for the cancelled flight.
• No compensation towards accommodation, flight tickets and meals shall be offered in the event of cancellation of a flight.
• In case the flight is cancelled due to technical/operational reasons from HHSPL’s end, the due refund will be done to the charterer with no obligation of HHSPL whatsoever. HHSPL reserves the right to cancel passenger’s who are A) unruly or abusive B) intoxicated C) sick or mentally unbalanced, or anyone whom we deem unsafe to fly.
• HHSPL also reserves the right to ferry company personnel on any of its flights in case of any urgent requirement. Carriage of dangerous goods/articles is not permitted. Restricted articles include, but are not limited to, compressed gases/corrosives/explosives/flammable liquids/solid/radio-active materials/infectious substances and briefcases with installed alarm devices. The courts in Haridwar will have the jurisdiction in case the dispute cannot be resolved by mutual discussions.
• In case the flight is cancelled by the Charterer due to delay in departure due to “Force Majeure” reasons like weather/visibility, 100% of the Charter cost will be levied if updated in advance to the charterer about chances of such delay.
• Please send us the acceptance of your charter on the above-mentioned terms at the earliest, as the availability is subject to any prior bookings received by us. Following that, we shall get back to you with our bank details for the payment transfer, after which the booking shall be finally confirmed.

• Passengers will be picked up from Jammu airport depending upon the arrival of their flights.
• Passengers are advised to arrive before 1200 hrs, in order to finish the darshan same day.
• Passengers are allowed to carry maximum of 5 kg/passenger luggage along with them.
• Passengers are advised to carry jackets with them.
• Passengers would be taken on board depending on load and temperature conditions.
• Pilot’s call will be final. Hence, passengers are advised to provide their exact weights at the time of booking and carry luggage within the permissible limit.
